My approach to photography is what I call artistic documentary. I always aim to capture authentic moments and feelings with a magical perspective, drawing out the beauty in the little things. Portraits give me the opportunity to step inside your shoes and to capture a small, beautiful piece of who you are as an individual, couple, or family. You invest your time and money, and I will return to you moments and stories that will last a lifetime!

 

When we work together, I want you to feel like my work reflects who you are.  While I am happy to capture any posed portraits you desire, I especially love capturing in-between candids that ooze raw, genuine emotion and show your personality.

An important part of my work also includes capturing the places and spaces that are important to you. Whether that means our session takes place somewhere that holds sentimental value to you, in nature, or in the comfort of your home, I want your photos to reflect you. My sessions frequently tend to take place in nature, so if you are in need of recommendations for beautiful, natural settings, I have plenty in mind!
